Documentary Description "Documentary about the various missions organised by the Allies to either capture top Nazi scientists working on developing nuclear bombs or disrupt their weapons programmes in the last year of the Second World War. Considers how the Americans tried to get hold of the physicist Werner Heisenberg, and the British to capture Werner von Braun, and how the Russians were also involved in a race against them to get hold of the same technology. Looks at how many of the former Nazi scientists defected to the West and became involved in US space projects. Includes archive footage and interviews with military men from all sides."
