Why is the part of TK played by a woman but the person telling the story is a man? What's going on?

Took me awhile to download this, but i just had to see it. OMG, although they were really stupid, i felt for them. I frequently travel 2 Kingston Jamaica, but them being over there with no to turn to....must have been frightening. It's a shame it broke the couple up, but i can understand the stain it eventually had on them. Some deep s**t......!!!!!
