Documentary Description

A 3 part piece: Since 9/11, BILLIONS of dollars have been spent to expand and upgrade intelligence gathering and surveillance capabilities. This was done on the assumption that the intelligence is available, or simply easily made available with the right money and technology. But has the money done any good? Has the creation of the new “Anti-Terror/Industrial complex” done anything to increase our security.
Next, a story on the outsourcing of airplane maintenance. How the need to drive prices down causes significant holes and weaknesses in airline safety.
Finally, a story about a former Afghani intelligence minister, turning against the Karzi Government.
